Course Description

Every supervisor manages projects even if project management is not part of their job title. This practical 4-hour workshop equips first-time supervisors, front-line managers, and field leaders with the essential tools to plan, organize, and successfully complete projects from start to finish. Participants learn how to define project goals, organize work, manage timelines, identify risks, and communicate progress using simple, easy-to-apply techniques designed for busy workplace environments.
