EXCL 0002 - Basic + Intermediate Excel, 16 hours
Course Description

Unlock your team’s full potential with our expertly led, on-site Excel training. The training is designed to build confidence and efficiency in data-driven work. Ideal for teams, this scalable program delivers engaging, hands-on instruction tailored for professionals at all levels. Sessions delivered in two 8-hour or four 4-hour sessions for 10 - 12 participants. Classes will not be scheduled for less than 10 participants. Instruction is live and in-person with hands-on learning.
Participants will build essential skills to organize, analyze, and present data effectively using Microsoft Excel. Whether they're beginners or have some experience, your team will gain a strong foundation in formulas, functions, and formatting. As their skills grow, they'll also learn practical tools for data management—such as filtering, cleaning data, and using lookup functions like VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP—along with powerful analysis features like conditional formatting and PivotTables.

Meet the Instructor
Nichole Kallas is a business owner in Northwest Arkansas with extensive expertise in healthcare technology and data management. Her passion for information systems took flight during her time as a U.S. Navy officer and SH-60B helicopter pilot. With over two decades in the healthcare industry, she has led business analysis teams, driven performance improvement initiatives, and managed physician and clinician regulatory reporting for large healthcare networks. She has worked with esteemed organizations such as the American College of Cardiology and The Permanente Medical Group (Kaiser Permanente) of Northern California. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Master’s in Library & Information Systems.
She enjoys giving back through the Mercy Hospital Foundation, staying active on the Greenway, and discovering new golf courses in the area with her husband Ed.
