Break work into manageable pieces using a simple WBS structure.
Estimate time and sequence tasks by adding durations, dates, and basic dependencies.
Identify common project risks and outline simple actions to reduce or monitor them.
Communicate project updates effectively using straightforward, supervisor‑level communication practices.
