Course Description

Take your project management expertise to the next level with this advanced course designed for professionals ready to lead complex, multi-phase projects with confidence and precision. This course focuses on mastering advanced skills in contract management, project closure, stakeholder engagement, and integrated project execution across schedule, cost, and risk domains.  

Whether you're overseeing large-scale implementations, multi-department initiatives, or cross-functional programs, this course equips you with the tools and strategies to navigate contractual obligations, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful project delivery from initiation through formal closure. You’ll learn how to handle change orders, mitigate risks, align resources across phases, and drive accountability in high-stakes environments.  

Over 12 weeks (120 hours), you’ll engage in interactive video lectures, real-world case studies, applied exercises, and a comprehensive capstone project that simulates complex project scenarios.
