ATEC 0005 - AI in the Workplace: Prompt Optimization
Course Description
This hands-on, 2-hour workshop is designed for professionals who want to unlock the full potential of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot in their daily work. While many users experiment with AI, few know how to write prompts that produce consistent, accurate, and business-relevant results.
In this interactive session, you’ll learn how to design and refine AI prompts that deliver real value across a range of workplace tasks. Through live demos, guided practice, and practical business use cases, you’ll gain the skills to write better prompts, troubleshoot issues, and confidently apply AI in your role—whether you're in marketing, HR, customer service, operations, administration, or leadership.
Participants will leave with a toolkit of prompt templates, best practices, and examples tailored to workplace needs. Classes will not be scheduled for less than 6 particpants.
